Individuals with chronic health conditions may not be able to perform many basic tasks without help. Home Care Aides travel to client homes and assist with a variety of activities.
Services include:
- Housekeeping
- Companionship
- Escort to Activities and Appointments

- Bathing and Personal Care
- Shopping and Errand Assistance

Compensation & Benefits
As a Full Life Home Care Aide, you set your own schedule and can work part-time or full time. All Home Care Aides are provided with paid training and continuing education opportunities.

Job Responsibilities
- Engage clients in their own homes by assisting with activities of daily living. This includes meal preparation, personal care (bathing, toileting, dressing), shopping, housework and other tasks.
- Encourage clients to be as independent as possible in their self-care.
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisor according to policy.
- Participate in and complete training and certification programs.
Qualifications
- Formal or informal experience caring for vulnerable adults highly encouraged.
- Motivation and desire to serve adults with disabilities and/or chronic health conditions.
- Able to work with clients of any gender is preferred, not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the client’s home; personal vehicle is preferred, not required.
- Must be at least 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
