Care Teams mobilizes small groups of trained volunteers to provide social, emotional, and practical support for unpaid family caregivers. The result is an opportunity to relieve caregiver isolation, fatigue, and burnout, and establish a trusted network of support for both the caregiver and care receiver long-term.
This program receives funding from the King County Veterans Seniors and Human Services Levy.
“As a caregiver, it is great to have the Full Life volunteers come in and spend time with us. My sister enjoys the social interactions and creative activities. I can leave the house without worrying, knowing there is a responsible, non-judgmental, and kind person there.” – Jean, Caregiver
