Full Life has successfully pivoted this past year to maintain service delivery to over 93% of our client base despite the health and safety regulations necessary to fight COVID-19. We have leveraged creative delivery methods and strong partnerships with state and local healthcare officials to continue providing services to over 2,300 clients and families. .

Indeed, WaFd’s commitment to the community is well known. During 2019, for example, the organization gave more than $175 million in community development loans and investments for affordable housing and invested nearly 16,500 volunteer hours to more than 1,200 local organizations and initiatives. The company also matched employee contributions to United Way agencies in eight states and empowered 25 bank employees to provide free tax preparation help for low- and moderate-income families with Volunteer Income Tax Assistance.
