Motivational Interviewing brings new tools for enhancing client care
Dealing with the safety protocols made necessary by COVID-19 has been especially challenging for the Health Home staff. Working almost exclusively by telephone with clients has been made a little easier by adapting the principles of Motivational Interviewing (MI) https://motivationalinterviewing.org/understanding-motivational-interviewing.
