New leader brings a career of service excellence
Welcome David Richart as Full Life Care’s new Executive Director.
David brings a wealth of leadership experience in the world of non-profit service, with notable success in public funding models, private philanthropy and executive leadership. David’s most recent leadership roles include Executive Director of JDRF NW Chapter and former Executive Director of Komen Puget Sound.
“We are absolutely thrilled to have David join our team,” said Kim Loveall Price, Transforming Age VP of Community Development, who has been acting as Full Life’s Interim Executive Director. “His knowledge and experience is going to be an invaluable addition to an already great organization that Transforming Age is proud to be affiliated with.”
“I’m excited to be here,” David said on his first day on the job. “The Full Life Care team performs a service unlike any other organization, and its clients are strong and resilient.
“My passion for serving the community in leadership roles over my entire career matches with the mission of Full Life Care and make me a perfect fit for this position. My 39-year-old daughter Jennifer was born with physical and intellectual disabilities, and because of her I enter this position with a commitment to joy and community building for all adults living with disabilities. This personal experience is one of many that has led me to commit my career to mission-driven organizations.”
David was the Executive Director search committee’s unanimous choice from a bevy of strong candidates. He hit the ground running on Monday, Nov. 2.
