Full Life Care’s adult day health programs provide health and wellness services that work to challenge minds, keep bodies moving and lift the spirits of each participant.
Our dedicated program staff leads exercise groups that emphasize strength and flexibility, balance and coordination, range of motion and endurance. We also provide groups focused on cognitive flexibility, memory and recognition, orientation and judgment.
Participants work with skilled rehabilitative and nursing therapies to improve physical, social and cognitive functioning. Case managers ensure our participants get the care they need.
All of our programs are focused on supporting the independence of older adults and people with chronic illnesses and disabilities who wish to continue living in their community.
The result: Our participants strive toward independence and improved well-being.
