Full Life Care’s Lisa and Scott bust some moves under the disco ball
The hits – and the exercises – just keep on coming!
Full Life Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Lisa Nott is on a disco roll with VP Operations Scott Slater in the latest exercise video from Everett Adult Day Health. From the Bee Gees’ “Stayin’ Alive” through Earth, Wind and Fire’s “Boogie Wonderland” and Donna Summer’s “Last Dance,” both are bustin’ moves and offering viewers an upbeat workout that’s guaranteed to keep you active and fit.
Lisa and Scott’s Disco Dancercise!
These videos are just another way that Full Life staff are keeping in touch with clients despite the closure of Adult Day Health Centers more than three months ago because of COVID-19.
If disco isn’t exactly your style, just wait. This is video No. 4, but there are four more scheduled through the middle of July, all with different musical themes – country to soft rock.
With all those videos, we’ve created a special home for them here: Full Life exercise videos. You’ll also find the link on every page on our website under the “Services” pull-down menu in the top banner.
The first four videos, including the latest disco, are there. Keep checking back and we’ll let you know when new ones are ready.
In the meantime, keep on movin’!
