Lee Lowery, 81, lived his life in service of others. But recently, isolation, coupled with health and mobility challenges, prompted his daughter to look for support at Full Life Care’s Snohomish County Adult Day Health program in Everett. He is now thriving.

In the nearly forty-year history of Full Life Care, the agency has had exactly two executive directors. One was Betty Sanders, who started the program with a small group of friends and supporters. Then Nora Gibson became executive director in the early 1990s. But beyond our leadership, there is another secret to our success.
